she trained in The Netherlands with three time Olympic Gold Medalist Anky Van Grunsven, since

returning home, she continues to train regularly with Albrecht Heidemann. Janine has trained and

competed a variety of horses from young prospects to FEI levels and has had success with all

types and levels, producing champions at the Regional, Provincial and National level, she is

currently focusing on developing several talented young prospects for the international ring.

Janine enjoys coaching a variety of riders from juniors to adult amateurs, her main focus is to

create clear and effective communication between horse and rider. Janine has coached multiple

students to success some of her recent students successes include:

*    Sara Regehr and Danika: team members of the North American Junior Gold Medal

      winning Canadian team in 2007, National Junior Champion 2008, National FEI Youth High

      Score 2008, Western Regional FEI Junior Champion 2008

*    Sylve Fraser and Summer Sol Colletta: 2 time gold medalist at BC Summer Games 2008

*    Monika Zillinger and I Love Lucy: FEI Youth Champions at Canada Cup 2008

*    Chelsea Balcaen and Magic: Adult Amateur Champions at Western Regionals and Pacific

      Regionals 2008
